About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to work with PMO teams across Defence and Government clients. You\'ll help drive the delivery of strategic outcomes by supporting the design and execution of operating models that deliver value on time and within budget. Through meaningful transformation projects, you\'ll gain hands-on experience in strategy, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement while learning from experienced consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support project teams to shape and implement operating models that achieve client objectives.
- Translate high-level strategy into practical initiatives, frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with clients and stakeholders to influence decision-making and align delivery with strategic priorities.
- Contribute to process design, governance frameworks, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Support risk and issue management to ensure complex programs are delivered effectively.
Skills & experience
- 1-7 years\' experience working in consultancy, government, or related professional services.
- Must hold Bachelor\'s degree
- Experience in, or understanding of, program/project assurance, evaluation, audit, or performance review activities.
- Familiarity with, or certification in, Project Management and evaluation methodologies such as PRINCE2, MSP, AgilePM, MoP, or frameworks like Results-Based Management or similar.
