Our Federal Government client is looking for a APS5 Executive Assistant to join their team in a 14-month temporary role. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive support, coordination, and administrative assistance in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

* Employment Type : Full-time, Non-ongoing (14-month contract)
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the daily workflow, including extensive diary and email management, scheduling meetings, travel coordination, and handling correspondence.
* Act as the primary point of contact for the FAC, handling confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
* Prepare and coordinate materials, conduct research, and provide background information for meetings and briefings.
* Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the agency professionally.
* Work closely with the Executive Officer and administrative staff across the department to ensure smooth coordination of activities.
* Provide guidance to other administrative staff and contribute to process improvements.

* Proven diary and email management experience for senior executives.
* The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Excellent attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
