A growing financial services organisation is seeking an experienced NetSuite System Administrator to join their team on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for a longer-term or permanent opportunity. The business is continuing to scale and integrate new entities, and this role will be key in bringing their NetSuite capability fully in-house.
About the Role
As the NetSuite System Administrator, you'll take ownership of system administration, optimisation, and internal support. You will play a critical role in improving processes, stabilising the current environment, and supporting a complex multi-entity structure as the organisation grows.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain templates, forms, saved searches, and dashboards
* Manage user roles, access permissions, and system security
* Design, configure, and optimise workflows and process automation
* Troubleshoot issues and provide day-to-day support across the business
* Support a growing multi-entity environment as new acquisitions are onboarded
* Assist in transitioning NetSuite support and development from external vendor to in-house
What We're Looking For
* Strong experience as a NetSuite Administrator or NetSuite Consultant
* Experience working across multiple organisations or complex NetSuite environments
* SuiteFoundation Certification highly desirable
* Working knowledge of SuiteScript (1.0 or 2.0)
* Experience with service management tools (currently using ServiceCloud)
* Bonus: exposure to BlackLine or loan management systems such as Aryza
