You will oversee your Assistant ensuring strong KPI performance, workflow efficiency and a high-performing operation. Managing a portfolio predominantly South of the River in a Pod system Building strong relationships with owners Using your BD skills to help grow the portfolio year on year Managing any disputes and court attendance The Criteria: Experience managing your own portfolio for 5 years, or be a Property manager keen to be trained into a Senior role.
