The Role: Assistant Manager
This is an exciting role that requires a skilled individual to work closely with the store manager to drive sales and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail, sales or hospitality and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Supporting the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
 * Leading a team of sales assistants to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales performance
 * Managing stock levels, inventory control and maintaining high visual merchandising standards
 * Coordinating marketing campaigns and promotions to drive foot traffic and increase sales
Requirements:
 * Proven experience in retail, sales or hospitality
 * Ability to learn new skills associated with a sales and customer service role
 * Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
 * Enjoy problem solving and taking ownership of tasks
 * Passion for delivering customer service excellence
 * Team player with a hands-on approach to a diverse range of tasks
 * Goal orientated and results driven
 * Effective written and verbal communication skills
 * Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
 * Hold a current driver's license
