A merit pool will be established to fill future vacancies in our locations across Australia. As a Regional Director in the Open Arms Division, you will contribute to the national strategic direction and development of Open Arms services. You will play a pivotal leadership role in our regional teams and contribute to the achievement of the national Open Arms agenda. The key duties of the position include delivery of timely, high-quality services to veteran and their families in line with professional standards of practice, departmental policies and objectives, and the Open Arms Model of Care identification and application of quality improvement activities and regional application of Open Arms procedures and governance monitoring client service satisfaction to inform continuous improvement inclusive of assessing and analysing complaints, and the provision of clear and accurate advice to complainants, internal and external stakeholders act as an escalation point for complex case management and apply independent professional judgement, based on valid and reliable evidence, to resolve complex clinical issues, and contributing to the evaluation of regional and national service delivery.
