Three Blue Ducks in Byron Bay at The Farm are looking for experienced, motivated and skilled casual Floor Supervisors, Section Waiters, Bartenders and Baristas to join our busy team ahead of the busy summer season.

Three Blue Ducks is a group of passionate, sustainability-focused restaurants with locations across Australia. Our Byron Bay Location is set on an 80-acre farm and Macadamia Orchard with views of both the hinterland and Byron's iconic lighthouse.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Floor Supervisors, Section Waiters, Bartenders and Baristas to join our respected and established restaurant group. Responsible for playing a key role in the overall success of the venue by ensuring each guest has a positive and unforgettable experience with us at The Ducks. We are looking for hospitality professionals who have the ability to work alongside their team and strengthen what has already been instilled.
**Skills and experience**
- Good time management, multi-tasking, and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, a magnetic personality and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Some knowledge of wine, beers and spirits for us to build on.
- A genuine desire to to work as a team to show all our guests a great experience with us
