**The Role**:
This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Property Management team.
Your role will have key areas of responsibility including:
- Key coordination
- Customer service
- Managing REA listings
- Administration - Property Management, Short Stay and Sales
- Coordinate training
- Team support
**Skills and Experience**:
Prior Property Management or Real Estate experience is not required. We are looking for someone who is motivated and has a strong background in administration. Any training will be provided, including Agents Representative Certificate.
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong administrative experience in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer service
- Previous experience in Real Estate highly regarded (but not essential)
- Proficient IT skills
- Relevant Diploma / Certificate / Degree in Administration or similar
