Our long term client is looking for a Sales Estimator to join their team. The company produce over 300 homes per year and have an excellent name in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare sales estimates and tender pricing for residential homes
* Review architectural plans, specifications, and client upgrades
* Liaise with sales and drafting teams to resolve scope or pricing queries
* Ensure estimates comply with internal standards and building regulations
* Support the sales process through timely and accurate documentation
About You
The role requires experience working on residential projects and familiarity with estimating processes. Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with sales and drafting teams are essential.
