An exciting new leadership role is now available for an experienced OHS professional. If you're passionate about building safe, prepared and resilient healthcare environments, this is a standout opportunity to make real impact.
In this role, you'll partner across the organisation to strengthen emergency response capability, reduce OV risk, and ensure compliance with key standards.
You'll lead the development and improvement of emergency and OV prevention frameworks, provide expert guidance on systems and training, and mentor a dedicated Team. You'll also contribute as an active member of Emergency Management, OV Prevention and OHS committees.

What you'll bring
Qualification in Emergency Management or Occupational Health & Safety
5+ years' experience in emergency management or OHS (healthcare desirable)
Strong understanding of emergency legislation, risk systems and security infrastructure
Leadership experience and ability to develop safety plans, policies and procedures
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
