Customer service officer

We have an exciting opportunity within our dynamic and positive Customer Service team.

• Six (6) month term contract.
• Temporary, full-time position (35 hours per week).
• Remuneration of $2,582.98 gross per fortnight with the opportunity to progress to $3,099.58 gross per fortnight + superannuation (12%).

Our focused customer service team members are the first point of contact for enquiries and provide valuable assistance for community members with a wide range of requests.

• Providing advice to both internal and external customers;
• Undertaking call centre operations;
• Processing applications and requests;
• Providing feedback to customers on unresolved issues in a timely manner;
• Cash handling responsibilities including receipting and reconciliation.

• Substantial previous customer service and/or administrative experience relevant to the role;
• Excellent time management;
• Organisational, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
