Why you'll love this opportunity Be a key leader in a multidisciplinary community mental health team Monday-Friday hours with part-time options available 5 weeks annual leave (full time) flexible work arrangements Generous salary packaging to boost your take-home pay A collaborative, respectful, and supportive workplace culture Live in a friendly regional town with great schools, affordable housing, and plenty to do outside of work What you'll be doing Provide comprehensive mental health assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions Deliver crisis support and recovery-oriented care in line with best practice mental health frameworks Work collaboratively with individuals, families, carers, and community agencies to support recovery and social inclusion Lead case coordination and contribute to service development initiatives Mentor junior staff and students, supporting workforce capability in mental health care What you'll bring Tertiary qualification in Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or Social Work with current professional registration Postgraduate qualification in mental health (or working towards) Experience in community mental health or similar clinical settings Strong skills in assessment, care planning, crisis intervention, and recovery-oriented practice Excellent communication, collaboration, and organisational abilities Current Working with Children Check and Victorian driver's licence Credentialing & Compliance Requirements The successful candidate will be required to: Hold current registration with AHPRA (for registered professions) or meet credentialing requirements for non-registered disciplines Provide certified copies of professional qualifications Disclose any registration conditions or practice restrictions within 5 business days of notification Participate in annual credentialing reviews and maintain ongoing compliance Maintain professional development records and meet continuing education obligations Work strictly within approved scope of practice and comply with all relevant clinical governance and safety policies Our client is an Equal Opportunity Employer and embraces diversity and social inclusion.
