The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented administrative professional who is eager to assist our specialist doctors in coordinating and preparing medico-legal reports. This includes performing quality checks on transcriptions and drafting accurate, professional documents. This full-time position is based at our office in Spring Hill, Brisbane. You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of medico-legal reports while also supporting the operational needs of our company.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, the ability to work effectively within a team, and the initiative to manage tasks independently.

In addition to the primary task of working with our specialist doctors and assisting with their reporting requirements, the role involves a range of administrative duties, such as responding to emails, answering phone calls, and liaising with our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Preparation of various documents in support of our specialist doctors, including typing, drafting, and other work.
* Ensuring accuracy of transcriptions and medical reports.
* Handle correspondence, reports, and documents with utmost confidentiality, precision, and attention to detail.
* Maintain accurate records and filing systems to support our team's productivity.
* Efficiently manage phone calls and email inboxes as required, ensuring smooth workflows and embodying our company values.

About You

You are a proactive administrative professional who thrives beyond ordinary tasks, eager to contribute to a vibrant and supportive team. Initiative, drive, and a strong work ethic are paramount. While a background in medical or legal administration is preferred, we welcome applicants with diverse administrative experience who believe they can excel in this role.

Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in administrative roles. Previous experience within medico-legal, medical, or legal industries will be highly regarded.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and an eagerness to learn new systems.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage various tasks and meet competing deadlines effectively.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for clear and concise correspondence.
* Experience with medical report writing will be highly regarded.
