This role will have you supporting multiple operating entities, as well as exposure to global markets. The Position:
Reporting directly to the senior finance leadership team, this newly created role will play a critical part in supporting business decision-making and financial insight. Key responsibilities include:
* Building and maintaining complex Excel-based financial models
* Scenario planning to support sales, operations and manufacturing decisions
* Monthly management reporting and board pack support
* Supporting budgeting, forecasting and FP&A processes
* Partnering with sales, operations and production stakeholders
* Identifying trends, risks and anomalies within financial data
* Supporting process improvement and ad hoc finance initiatives
Your Profile:
You will bring a commercial mindset and thrive in a dynamic environment. Ideally you will have:
* Strong Excel capability, including complex modelling and scenario analysis
* Management accounting, FP&A or commercial finance experience
* Sound accounting fundamentals and financial literacy
* Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders
* FMCG or manufacturing exposure beneficial but not essential
* A proactive, adaptable approach with a willingness to muck in
* CA or CPA qualified, or studying, advantageous but not mandatory
