* Deliver exceptional customer experiences: help customers find the right products and services, ensuring their time at Telstra is memorable.
* Be the go‐to tech expert: stay up‐to‐date with the latest gadgets and services and offer informed guidance.
* Achieve and excel: use consultative selling skills to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Collaborate and contribute: work closely with your team to create a welcoming environment and support store goals.
Salary and Benefits
Annual fixed remuneration: $64,915.20 per year* (junior rates apply for those under 20 years of age). Penalty rates: 25% for weekday hours after 6 PM, 25% for hours on Saturday, 100% for Sunday, and 150% for public holidays. 12% superannuation included. Variable remuneration eligibility, calculation and payment are determined by the variable remuneration plan's rules (which may change). The first two months are guaranteed while you learn on board.
