Requirements
* Strong project management and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams
* In-depth knowledge of safety standards, compliance requirements, and energy transition technologies
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex project environments
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
* Prior experience in the water treatment or energy construction industry is highly desirable
