Affirmer is a rapidly expanding learning and communication startup that creates highly innovative digital content. Our focus is creating short videos for businesses including campaigns, training, policies, product explainers, and communications. Much of our work involves 3D animation. We largely take text based communication and transform it into engaging world class videos.

We are seeking a talented and creative 3D animator with experience in Unreal Engine and video editing to join our team! You can look forward to gaining creative experience working on very diverse projects with a dynamic team!
Requirements
* Professional experience in 3D Animation and video editing.
* Proficiency with Unreal Engine - including strong sequencer, environment and characters animation skills.
* Experience and skills with 3D modelling, UVing, texturing and asset optimisation; to create realistic renders.
* Experience with Premiere pro.
* Good knowledge and understanding of basic 3D principles, real-time concepts & workflows.
* The ability to create stylised yet realistic character animation through key‐frame animation as well as enhancing mo‐cap performances.
* Proficient with basic functionality of source control and task tracking.
* Creative and technically minded.
