MARKETING COORDINATOR
$78,000 + Superannuation
Permanent full-time (38 hours per week)

We, OZ International Trade Pty Ltd (t/as the Meat Place), are one of the top meat wholesale suppliers to restaurants and grocery stores in Melbourne. Currently we are actively looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator.
This role requires the responsibility of crafting and executing the company's brand strategy while ensuring that all marketing initiatives contribute to both immediate and long-term business objectives.
The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in identifying and implementing enhancements in processes, content, and lead generation efforts.
Job Duties
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns by analysing sales forecasts, formulating marketing strategies, setting goals, and coordinating promotional presentations. Maintain and update marketing calendars.
* Conduct market research to track trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
* Summarise and analyse data to prepare insightful reports.
* Assist the Director in shaping and evaluating the marketing strategy. Collaborate on sales forecasts, objective setting, and the organisation of promotional events.
* Monitor budgets meticulously, comparing actual results with planned forecasts, and providing insights for cost-effective strategies.
* Effectively communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team.
* Offer guidance on how to use and promote marketing materials.
* Organise meetings by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, and creating schedules.
* Maintain an up-to-date inventory of sales support materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
* Provide support for the development and upkeep of internal tools and databases.
* Foster continuous learning through workshops and research. Share best practices and local marketing strategies with team members.
* Actively seek out new sources of potential customer data and provide recommendations to the sales and marketing team.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications (or equivalent).
* Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in marketing.
Other Skills/Abilities
* Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
* Experience using data analytics software for research.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
