This is a role for someone who enjoysdeveloping people, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring successful project delivery. A Day In Your RoleLead and develop your team—provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to consultants and test analysts, building a high‐performing and engaged team. Ensure successful project delivery—work closely with Services Directors and Project Managers to ensure projects are well resourced, delivered successfully, and meet utilisation targets. Build trusted customer relationships—maintain strong engagement with customers, acting as an escalation point when required and supporting long‐term partnerships. Drive continuous improvement—identify opportunities to improve delivery practices, tools, and methods while promoting consistency and best practice across consulting engagements. Support pre‐sales and service evolution—collaborate with sales and pre‐sales teams by providing delivery insights, effort estimates, and contributing to proposals and service improvements. Reporting & Performance Insights—partner with the Services Director to coordinate key reporting and operational metrics, providing insights that support delivery performance, resource planning, and continuous improvement.
