HammondCare is seeking a Home Care Worker in New South Wales to join our team in the Shoalhaven region. In this role, you will provide essential care to older clients in their homes, assisting them to live independently and enhancing their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
* Provide in‐home care and support to older clients in the Shoalhaven region.
* Assist clients with daily living activities to promote independence and well‐being.
* Support client safety, comfort, and quality of life in their home environment.
Qualifications
* Valid driver's licence and access to an insured vehicle.
* Certificate III in Aged Care preferred.
