Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
This role entails overseeing the efficient management of in-store inventory, including stock loss prevention and people management. The successful candidate will possess leadership skills to drive excellence by collaborating with store teams and ensuring merchandise is readily available for customers.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
* Empower team members to ensure seamless execution of tasks related to the goods inbound and outbound process within stipulated timeframes.
* Maintain dock and reserve drop-off areas.
* Prepare for deliveries and high intake of goods, promoting task rotation amongst the Logistics team.
* Assess and action store reports, investigating stock variances.
* Evaluate and act on tasks associated with the Stock Loss Management process.
* Promote effective waste management practices.
* Uphold WHS practices relating to the Logistics function.
* Foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
* Inspire and develop the Logistics team to enhance individual capability.
