A high growth organisation based in Adelaide is seeking a Finance Systems Transformation Manager to lead a major finance transformation program.
This business is currently mid transition from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central, alongside broader forecasting, planning and automation initiatives. With recent acquisitions and significant growth underway, this role will play a critical part in shaping future finance operations.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will:
* Lead the NAV to Business Central implementation from a finance and process perspective
* Partner with the project manager and IT to ensure best practice system design and delivery
* Drive automation and system optimisation initiatives
* Take ownership of the systems team and provide strong leadership during transformation
* Support integration of newly acquired entities into a unified finance platform
This is not a passive support role. You will be central to driving the initiative and ensuring the implementation is delivered effectively and commercially.
About You
* Strong finance background with deep understanding of accounting processes
* Proven involvement in a NAV to Business Central implementation
* Experience leading or heavily managing a finance system implementation
* Confident stakeholder manager, able to challenge and influence
* Comfortable operating in a fast moving, high growth environment
What's on Offer
* Salary between 180k-200k + super (depending on experience)
* Adelaide based role, ideally 4 days per week in office
* Open to interstate candidates willing to travel to Adelaide one week per month
