The ideal candidate has at least 5 years' experience as a qualified mechanic, excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills, and strong technical knowledge of bus systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate the work of the maintenance team
2. Perform diagnostic tests and inspections to identify complex mechanical issues
3. Provide technical guidance and training to junior mechanics
4. Liaise with parts suppliers to ensure necessary components are available
5. Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and prepare reports for management
6. Evaluate the workshop for compliance with safety regulations
