Administration Assistant
We are seeking a proactive and organized professional to join our team in a flexible part-time or full-time capacity. As an Administration Assistant, you will work alongside our friendly team, helping to keep the wheels turning across administrative, accounts, and sales support functions.
* Answering phones and directing enquiries
* General financial administrative support and data entry
* Assisting with vehicle registration and contract paperwork
* Booking appointments and coordinating vehicle deliveries
* Support for accounts payable and document filing
* Light personal assistant duties for the Dealer Principal
