We have an exciting opportunity for a highly driven and experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join VistaPrint’s Global Marketing Team. As a key member of the Affiliate Marketing team, you will be responsible for owning and expanding the affiliate and performance partnerships program in ANZ. This role requires someone who thrives in taking full ownership, is highly organised, and can strategically and creatively drive growth. You will engage and develop strategic partnerships while optimising performance through data-driven insights. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead agency partners, ensuring best-in-class execution and continuous improvement in affiliate performance.
**What You Will Do**:
- Own and optimise the ANZ affiliate marketing channel, demonstrating extreme accountability for performance and outcomes.
- Develop and execute high-impact strategies to drive growth, testing new partners and incentives for maximum ROI.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and investment allocations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align affiliate strategies with broader business objectives and marketing initiatives.
- Manage budgets with precision, ensuring accurate spending pacing, forecasting, and financial reconciliations.
- Lead agency partners, setting clear expectations, driving accountability, and ensuring high execution standards.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, delivering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs.
**Your Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of experience in affiliate and partnership marketing
- A strategic thinker with the ability to balance creativity, data analysis, and execution to optimise program performance.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple priorities while maintaining a structured approach.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with expertise in Google Sheets, Looker, and Impact, and comfortable working with complex datasets.
- Proactive and self-sufficient, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong ability to make decisions and own outcomes.
- Outstanding relationship builder with a track record of collaborating effectively with publishers, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
