Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team as an Employment Consultant.
This role will involve identifying and securing job opportunities for participants with local employers, supporting them to develop the skills required to become job-ready, and delivering high-quality services while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Job Placement: Identify and secure job opportunities for participants with local employers.
* Skill Development: Support participants to develop skills required to become job-ready.
* Service Delivery: Deliver high-quality services while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements.
* Employability Enhancement: Enhance participants' employability through training and support service referrals.
* Personalized Job Plans: Create personalized job plans for clear employment pathways.
* Community Engagement: Maintain positive relationships with local employers and community groups.
Requirements
* Australian work eligibility.
* A valid driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle.
* A MyGovID (Standard level).
* Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
* Able to pass a Working with Children Check.
* Availability to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm.
