About The Role
Reporting to a Team Leader, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for engaging with customers, banks, valuers and other key stakeholders to progress a valuation request through to completion. The CSR works in a Contact Centre environment and is primarily responsible for managing customer queries, resolving service issues, enhancing customer experience and fostering relationships to create customer loyalty.
The Customer Service Representative will:
- Manage customer, client and general Opteon enquiries received via our 1300# and the customer services drop box, responding to or redirecting as required to other departments- Manage and prioritise a range of back-office tasks related to the progression of valuation jobs through to completion-
