Think Play Say is a small, neuroaffirming, family-centred speech pathology clinic supporting children and young people aged 3–20 years. We’re based on the Sunshine Coast and offer a warm, values-driven environment where your learning is prioritised and your contributions are valued.
We are looking for a new graduate speech pathologist who is ready to start their career with real support, manageable expectations, and space to grow.
What we offer
- Salaried position from $77,000 (part-time options available)
- Weekly supervision and mentoring tailored to your needs
- Gradual caseload build – just 3 new clients per week
- Sustainable target of 16 clients per week for your first year
- Hands-on learning opportunities through shadowing, joint sessions and mentoring with a senior speech pathologist (20 years’ experience in paediatric speech sound disorders, language and literacy)
- Work alongside an allied health assistant
- Full admin support for bookings, intake and service agreements
- Dedicated clinic space with private therapy rooms and open-plan areas
- Well-equipped clinic with games, iPads, and a range of standardised assessments

- Flexible hours, including the option of four long days with one day off, and the ability to build up TOIL (time off in lieu) for extra school holiday leave

About You
- Current SPA membership, Blue card and a Medicare provider number
- Passionate about working with children and young people
- Open to learning, asking questions, and growing into the role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Committed to neuroaffirming, strengths-based practice
