The role
Our Customer Information Directorate provides frontline customer centric service and information.
They ensure the Department is customer focused and engages effectively with the community, business and stakeholders.
This role assists with providing an excellent customer service experience through delivery of customised training, embedment and other customer service developmental resources for front line customer service officers and leaders.
A typical day could consist of supporting frontline leaders in providing training, identifying trends and opportunities for continuous improvement or developing customised training and educational resources.
