Motivating and supporting the team to reach their full potential is crucial in this role, as well as providing a genuine service that creates lasting impressions and moments that matter for customers.
A strong mix of leadership and management qualities is required, along with being a brand ambassador with strong community, team, and customer connections.
The ideal candidate will be a safety leader, constantly striving to provide the safest work environment for themselves, their team, and customers.

Requirements:
* Supervisory/leadership/management experience.
* Demonstrated ability to motivate a team and drive results.
* Dual format experience, including multi-network operations, sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations (desirable).
* Conscious of workplace safety.
* Experience building strong relationships with all customers.
* A solution-focussed problem-solver.
* Sound computer skills.
* Holds a valid driver's license.
