Service Delivery Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for scheduling and managing participant services and support worker rosters, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have previous experience in customer service and administration roles, with a strong focus on efficiency and attention to detail. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Schedule and manage participant services and support worker rosters to meet participant requirements
* Ensure all support workers enter shift notes correctly, clock in and out of shifts promptly, and follow up if necessary
* Carry out receptionist duties as required, including answering and directing incoming calls
* Meet and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
* Provide general administration support to senior management as needed
Requirements:
* Covid 19 triple vaccination status
* Current WWCC (employment)
* NDIS Screening Check (willing to obtain one)
