We are seeking a skilled Cleaner to join our team in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our residence.
About the Role
This is a casual opportunity for an experienced Cleaner to work at least 2-3 days a week, ensuring all areas of the residence are kept clean and presentable.
* Ensure all areas of the residence are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
* Contribute to creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitors.
* Carry out cleaning tasks in accordance with chemical and infection control requirements and accreditation standards.
* Respect resident privacy and dignity at all times.
* Identify and report any maintenance issues to ensure they are addressed promptly.
The successful applicant will have previous experience in cleaning in a large organisation or commercial environment, knowledge of OH&S procedures, relevant chemicals and safe work practices, and understanding of infection control procedures.
Essential Requirements
* A current Working With Vulnerable People card.
* Current and ongoing flu vaccinations.
* Australian working rights.
* Ability to pass a national police clearance and NDIS Clearance.
