You will have:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an MSP or fast-paced IT support role
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Intune, Exchange, Entra ID, Defender, Autopilot)
* Experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, group policy, and virtualisation
* Familiarity with cybersecurity, firewalls, Linux admin, and backup/DR tools
* Excellent communication and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
* Industry certifications (or willingness to obtain)
