Service Advisor – Bridgestone Select Auto Services - Osborne Park & Morley
We are looking for a new service advisor to head up our front of house at Bridgestone Select in Osborne Park.
The responsibilities include dealing with sales enquiries by phone, email, and in person; preparing and issuing quotes for vehicle services, tyres, upgrades, and repairs; ordering and inputting parts for work and stock; liaising with the workshop crew to coordinate all work in and out; creating customer work orders and invoices; taking payments and reconciling daily takings; and helping to oversee OHS, stock control, and general business administration.
Our ideal candidate will have industry experience, either as a former mechanic or with relevant administrative and/or sales background. They should possess good sales skills, a positive attitude, and be well presented. Good administration and time management skills are essential, with PC experience preferably using industry systems and MS Office Suite. Training and ongoing personal development will be provided.
