We're seeking a passionate Change Manager to guide Stockland's new operating model: aligning with our value chain.
**The Opportunity - About the Role**
As our Change Manager, you'll craft and execute a change management strategy tailored to our new strategic partnership. You'll adapt your approach based on employee feedback, ensuring smooth transitions and strong cultural integration.
This role is a Parental Leave contract through until June 2026.
**Your main responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to**:
- Strategize and Execute: Develop and execute change management plan that aligns with our goals and adapts to evolving employee sentiments.- Engage Stakeholders: Build and nurture relationships across all levels, leading workshops and fostering open communication necessary to drive leader-led change.- Communicate and Train: Create engaging communication plans and training programs to keep our team informed and motivated whilst ensuring communication bridges cultural and geographical gaps- Assess and Mitigate Risks: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and conduct impact assessments.- Cultural Integration: Facilitate workshops to bridge cultural gaps and promote cross-cultural understanding.- Innovate Ways of Working: Lead workshops to design and implement new ways of working, ensuring seamless transitions.- Measure Success: Track progress using KPIs and refine strategies for optimal impact. Foster collaboration with peers and all interstate and business unit stakeholders.
**About You**
You are a proactive and resilient change professional with experience in supporting large organisations through new ways of working. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of projects.
**In summary you will have the following qualifications and experience**:
- Proven experience in change management and program execution.- Experience managing complex programs and resistance to change.- Strong stakeholder management skills.- Demonstrated project delivery experience.- Experience in the property industry or technology is a plus.

- Relevant bachelor's/master's degrees.- Industry and functional qualifications and certifications.
