About this Role
The Employee Management Team plays a critical role in supporting leaders and employees in addressing performance matters. You'll draw on your HR administrative knowledge and passion for delivering positive outcomes to deliver effective support for the team functions of Performance Support, Case Management, and more.
You'll review enquiries, provide guidance and response, and distribute workflows as required. Capturing, assessing, and reporting data is key. This role has scope for continuous improvement initiatives and provides insight into operations of the employee lifecycle.
