Finance Business Partner Location: Melbourne City Fringe | 5 days onsite Contract: 12-month fixed term Start: Ideally mid-March An opportunity to join an Australian-founded consumer retailer with an international footprint. This is a hands-on Finance Business Partner role supporting a high-profile brand within a multi-brand retail group, with genuine exposure to senior stakeholders and commercial decision-making. About the role Reporting into senior commercial finance leadership, you will partner closely with brand leadership and functions including Marketing, Product, Visual Merchandise and Wholesale. Your responsibilities will include: Monthly review and analysis of brand P&L against budget and projection, including clear variance commentary Preparation of management summaries and insights for senior stakeholders Cost centre reporting, analysis and cost control discussions with budget owners Monthly, seasonal and annual projections, including challenging assumptions and ensuring alignment to commercial plans Supporting the preparation of budgets and board-level reporting Driving process improvements to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy and timeliness Why this role?
