About the Role
We are seeking a Program Coordinator to oversee the daily operations and strategic development of our After School Care service.
This is a permanent part-time position (25 hours per week) with working hours from 1.00 PM to 6.00 PM; Monday to Friday, with ample administration time.
The hourly rate for the position is $35 (ACECQA approved Diploma or equivalent) and $41 p/hour (ACECQA Approved Degree or equivalent) + ECEC retention payment + 12% super.
In this role, you will work with the Regional Program Coordinator to identify and respond to service improvement opportunities.
You will create a positive relationship with the school, families, local community groups and contract partners.
Managing a team of educators who support you in operating a high quality and fun Outside of School Hours Care program is also an essential responsibility.

Requirements
1. You'll need to have either completed or be working towards a Diploma or tertiary-level qualification as determined by ACECQA.
2. You'll need to have, or be willing to obtain a First Aid in an Education & Care Setting certificate (or equivalent).
3. You'll need to have, or be willing to obtain a valid Victorian Working with Children's Check – employee check.
4. You'll need to have, or be willing to obtain a Food Safety Supervisor certificate within the first month of your employment.
