About the role:
The Property Operations Manager role requires an excellent work ethic, a passion for this ever-changing industry and a strong ability to build professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Thorough knowledge of the operational aspects of property management processes is a must with a robust understanding of the relevant legislative framework.
As the Property Operations Manager for South Australia, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Harcourts business owners and property management teams. Your mission will be to coach, train, and mentor them in achieving growth, profitability, and excellence in property management through The Harcourts Way. Reporting directly to the Head of Property Management Australia, you'll work closely with the South Australia CEO and the wider Harcourts family to drive success.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building strong relationships with business owners and property management teams via business planning, quarterly reviews, and office visits.
* Leading property management coaching and training sessions focused on growth, leadership, and compliance.
* Guiding businesses to grow their portfolios both organically and through acquisitions.
* Delivering a comprehensive annual calendar of property management training.
* Staying across industry trends, technology, and legislative changes, ensuring our network is always ahead of the curve.
* Promoting and strengthening relationships with Property Management Business Partners and actively promoting their products and services to all offices.
* Actively contributing to the Harcourts Property Operations Management team and the wider Harcourts team.
Please note that this is a part-time role and requires regular travel within South Australia.

We're looking for someone who brings:
* Proven expertise in real estate or property management, with a track record of success in leadership or coaching roles.
* Thorough knowledge of South Australian legislation.
* Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences.
* Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills to work effectively with business owners, property management teams, and corporate stakeholders.
* A data-driven approach to analyzing financial performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
* Strong knowledge of PM CRM and tech products in the market;
* A proactive, self-motivated attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.
* Current SA Driver's Licence
