Role: We are seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to drive new business opportunities and strategic partnerships at Drive Marketplace. The focus is on expanding dealer listings, attracting new customers, and scaling our marketplace.
Responsibilities:
* Drive acquisition of new clients, negotiate agreements, and close high-value deals with automotive dealerships.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
* Engage with decision-makers within dealerships, aligning solutions with their goals.
* Maintain reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and KPIs using Salesforce.
* Achieve sales targets and growth in dealer listings.
* Influence decision-makers and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* Proven sales or business development experience, preferably in automotive classifieds.
* Track record of success in growth and managing customers at scale.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
* Self-motivated and autonomous work ethic.
* Familiarity with KPIs and performance metrics.
* Valid driver's license.
