Our large NSW State Government client provides a diverse range of essential services to reduce criminal activity and enhance protection of the community.
**About the Role** 
They are currently seeking an experienced Financial Administration Officer to join their team in Parramatta on a part time basis working 24hours per week. This is an estimated 8-month temporary assignment, with a potential to extend.
Supporting the Senior Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of finance and administration support services to the Workplace Transformation Division to assist in enhancing employee accommodation across the cluster whilst improving the experience and satisfaction
In this role, you will be responsible for however not limited to the following 
- Act as the first point of contact, delivering professional customer service 
- Answer enquiries, providing timely and accurate responses 
- Support project team members as required 
- Prepare journals 
- Updating financial data and information into Smartsheet 
- Records and database management ensuring high integrity, accuracy and confidentiality 
- Gather and collate information to support informed decision-making outcomes 
- Generate monthly reports and presentations to support project management plans 
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives 
- Ensure compliance with best practice and legislative requirements
**About You** 
To be successful in this great assignment you will have the following 
- Demonstrated financial administration experience 
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written 
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with MS office suite, Smartsheet, SAP and TRIM 
- Superior organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task competing deadlines/timeframes. 
- High attention to detail 
- Proactive attitude, takes initiative 
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check 
- Fully COVID vaccinated or medically exempt 
- Ability to commence and commit to the duration of the assignment
