The successful candidate will work alongside the Learning & Capability team members to create contemporary learning programs that improve employee and organisational capability.
This role requires a flexible mindset to deliver strategically aligned learning and capability investments that foster individual, team, and organisational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, development, and implementation of learning programs that elevate employee and organisational capability.
* Support the Senior Consultant in delivering high-impact learning and capability initiatives.
* Work collaboratively with the Learning & Capability team to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
* Design and deliver innovative learning programs and interventions.
