About you: Retail smarts and either a related qualification or experience running successful stores.
People skills and know how to motivate, coach and celebrate your team.
Confident communicator to bring clarity, warmth and leadership to every conversation.
Analytical mind that loves reviewing numbers, trends, and stock to boost performance.
KPI guru - you know how to set them and achieve them.
A flair for fashion and styling through VM.
Experience in membership based or community driven organisations advantageous.
