Job Responsibilities
Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and handle inquiries in a professional manner.
Administrative Support: Manage office correspondence, scheduling, filing, and data entry.
Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicle purchases, registrations, and service appointments.
Document Handling: Maintain accurate records of vehicle registrations, invoices, and customer details.
Coordination: Work closely with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role (automotive experience is a plus).
* Knowledge of car registration processes and documentation (preferred).
* Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Mandarin speaker preferred but not essential.
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in an automotive dealership or related industry.
* Familiarity with DMV or vehicle registration procedures.
