Job Overview
The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging learning programs for middle and secondary phase students, fostering a supportive school environment and contributing to the development of the Flexible School's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Teaching and Learning: Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality teaching programs that cater to individual student needs, promoting academic excellence and social inclusion.

To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years' experience working with young people disenfranchised from mainstream education, demonstrating expertise in teaching and learning.
