As an Assistant Venue Leader here, you'll thrive in supporting your Venue Manager while leading your team through busy days, peak trade periods, and everything in between.
* Lead shifts with confidence, keeping service standards high and the team motivated.
* Support the Venue Manager with daily operations including rostering, stock management, cash handling, and compliance.
* Ensure every product meets Yo-Chi's quality and food safety standards.
* Train, coach, and develop team members to build skills and deliver great guest experiences.
* Maintain venue presentation, safety, and compliance with all policies and legislative requirements.
* Drive sales, manage costs, and help the venue achieve its financial and performance targets.
What we're looking for:
* Experienced leaders in retail or hospitality (QSR preferred).
* Full availability across Mon–Sun with flexibility for rotating shifts.
* A "people first" leader who thrives on creating team culture & community.
* Resilient, adaptable, and always up for a challenge.
