Elegance is back in the beautiful Marble Bar on Level 1 at Wests New Lambton.
Chic, yet relaxed and friendly, the Marble Bar offers everything from a superb range of local and French wines to delicious cocktails.

Duties for This Role Include but Not Limited To
Provide friendly customer service
Preparation and service of cocktails and other alcoholic beverages
Cleaning of workstation and equipment
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Operation of tills and cash handling
Collect glasses from the floor and return them to the bar area for cleaning
Assist in the preparation of the cocktail menu
Waiting tables
Provide meal recommendations
Carrying multiple plates
This position will require availability on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability Monday to Thursday.
As this position is key during peak periods, shifts are rostered from the evening through to early hours of the morning.
Certifications required: RSA
