Your role
As estara's Client Service Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with our dedicated In-Home and Community Support team, contributing to our impact across the Mid North and Yorke Peninsula.
In this role, you will work directly with clients and key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that promote independence and support individuals to achieve their goals. You will also provide guidance and advice to a team of Support Workers, making a meaningful difference within local communities—primarily in Port Pirie, Wallaroo and Kadina. Every estara client receives tailored support based on their individual needs and aspirations, offering you variety in your day-to-day work and the opportunity to witness the positive change you help create.

Your capabilities

* Travel between Port Pirie and Kadina is an essential requirement of this role.
* Current working knowledge of the disability industry
* Highly developed interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to communicate with a diverse range of people and maintain a high level of customer service
* Ability to empower and develop Support Workers
* Tertiary qualifications in disability, community services, nursing, other relevant discipline or equivalent industry experience
* Knowledge of NDIS quality and safeguarding requirements
Special conditions
* Current South Australian full drivers' licence is essential
* DHS Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check and any relevant Screenings as stipulated by DHS/NDIS with at least 6 months' validity
* A current Provide First Aid certificate is required
* Intrastate travel and work outside of normal business hours as required
