About the Role

As an IT Technical Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between client needs and technical solutions. You’ll work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, design tailored solutions, and present compelling technical proposals that demonstrate value and feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with sales and account managers to understand client requirements and business objectives.

•Design and present technical solutions across cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and physical security domains.

•Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations.

•Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with detailed solution documentation.

•Liaise with engineering and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.

•Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and vendor offerings.

•Implement technical solutions across cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, and physical security domains.

Qualifications

•3–5 years of experience in a technical pre-sale, solutions consulting, or systems engineering role.

•Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and physical security technologies.

•Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

•Experience working with vendor-agnostic solutions and multi-vendor environments.

•Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, CISSP, CCNA, or vendor-specific) are a plus.
