Job Description:

As a retail leader, you will make a real difference in the lives of our customers and team members every day.


About The Role:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the grocery department, consisting of all non-fresh products in store. You will take pride in contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging for our customers, team members, and community.

* Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
* Direct leadership experience, leading, coaching, and developing your team to meet sales targets, cost control, and rostering requirements
* Ability to look ahead, energise your team to deliver with pride
* Keep things simple and inspire customers by maintaining visual merchandising, safety, compliance, and stock management standards
* Customer-obsessed, continually seeking to better understand our diverse customers
* Drive a one-team culture, celebrating success and prioritising team members' health, safety, and wellbeing
